Haven't thought I will be able to join but here I am, will attend! You haven't gotten a car yet, though. If you want a one-off drive, ask for the car here, if it's for the full season, ask in the Entry List please.

Still waiting for Luciano Cuevas and IonuČ› Timofte to confirm their presence, although I doubt they even know we have a race going on today. Either way, the broadcast for this event has been created and can be seen here:

It was good to drive these cars again. I was surprised to qualify on pole as I didn't think that I was that fast. Heat 1. I forgot to put the car in gear at the start and therefore I was the last to set off. I fought back and got into the lead with the two STP cars behind, it looked like it was going to be a three car battle for the lead but after a battle with Pascal I was left on my own to finish the race. Final. I made sure that the car was in gear and made a pretty good start and exiting the 1st corner I was in the lead. Again a good battle with Pascal until he spun which gave me a few laps of space until he caught back up and then it was a battle exchanging places until the end of the race. On the final lap going into Sunny corner I decided to stay in 2nd place and get a good exit from the corner and overtake Pascal on the straight and I managed to do it. Then it was hold on until the finish line but a steady exit from the chicane allowed Pascal to close up and finish 0.057s behind. Good fun and clean racing. I enjoyed the broadcast . You did really with the small entry.

I think the fact I converted the track gave me an advantage as I had, by far by then, the most track time. Didn't give me enough pace for Pole though, not even P2 (Well done to David and Owen on that!) Well, the Heat races were a lot of fun, I made a mistake out of the esses on heat 1 and almost got close enough to have another shot. Had a ton of fun commentating Heat 2 with Ben. Watching only three cars sure was a bit saddening but the excitement was still there. The final was another great battle not just for the lead but also behind - so I think despite the low number of entries it showed great competition! Not to mention almost having a dead Heat at the finish, haha! Next race is at Oulton Park, so let's see how it goes there.
