Incidents involving: Cezariusz Czlapinski

Cezariusz Czlapinski and Pascal Mikula both receive a warning for driving their cars with at least one wheel missing. Cezariusz did so on lap 1 after being involved in the accident approaching Shell Oils Corner; Pascal did so on lap 13 after crashing at Knickerbrook corner.
Even though it's not specifically written in the rules thread, it's commonly acknowledged that your race is over if you're missing a wheel due to accidents or any other circumstances.
Both Cezariusz and Pascal only receive warnings, and no further penalty, because in both cases, none of the other drivers were put at risk. In Cezariusz' case, all other cars were ahead and he was able to go to the pits before they caught up with him again. In Pascal's case, the race was over when he got back on track; thus no other driver was put at risk.
Please note that if you lose a wheel due to a collision or other reasons, you must find a safe place to stop your car and retire from the race. Your pit crew cannot repair broken off wheels.
