Points System
The current points system used in the FIA Formula One World Championship (2010 - present) will be used.
Start Procedure
This race will feature a reconnaissance lap procedure, will then feature a formation lap, followed by a flying start behind the in-game pace car.
Countdown 1: 5 minutes
Countdown 2: 2 minutes
Cars must be on the grid by the time the pits are closed and engines must be turned off. At the 1-minute mark, the command to start engines will be given, and all cars must be started manually that way.
On the formation lap, warming up tires is allowed. Sudden braking and accelerating is NOT allowed - when on the long back straight, everyone must bunch up into two-by-two rows to prepare the start of the race.
Anyone causing a collision before the start of the race will be penalized. Anyone who suffers any damage during the formation lap MUST go to the pits, repair the damage, and start the race from the pit lane.

Car Booking Rules
- All entry requests will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Please list up to three car preferences so that, in case someone asked for your first preference first, you're still guaranteed to get a car!
- And most importantly: Cars can only be booked by drivers registered on the forum. While a driver can book a car on another driver's behalf, the other driver has to confirm the sign-up within 24 Hours. Adding to that, if a driver is not registered on the forum, the entry will be rejected until they have registered on the forum.
