I've added some test races to the schedule on the following times:
Wednesday, July 27th, 2022 and Saturday, July 30th, 2022 (After Qualifying)
20:00 - Test Race (25 Laps)
We'll be following the normal starting procedure with a rolling start, etc. - and once again, please consider attending. It's not required to attend the test races, but attending and making sure you know how to handle your car while in traffic can make a big difference in how clean this race runs!

Please remember everyone that today at 20:00 London Time, I'll be organizing a small 25-lap race session (random grid order). Its purpose is to get your cars set up for racing in traffic. Please make sure to be there!

The first test race has given me the impression that we'll have a lot of crashes if people aren't careful. Those that were there last night now know how the cars handle in traffic.
If you don't plan on being at the Saturday test race, I pray to God you know how your car will handle come race day.
Also, the pace car is highly inconsistent with its lines, so a small patch to reduce its raw speed will be released on race day.
Generally, also, it should be obvious but let me repeat it: Keep your distance to the pace car at all times!!
And finally, EVERYONE is MASSIVELY advised to practice slowing these cars down. Be it for pit entry or to slow down for a caution, you must know how to slow your car down without spinning out.
That being said, see you on as Saturday for qualifying.

Won't make it. Legitimacy: This also means I'm exiting my ride, obviously (and quite annoyingly)

Qualifying for the Talladega 500 (and thus the second test race) will be moved back by one hour.
Qualifying will therefore start at 19:00 BST and the test race should then start around 20:00 BST.

The drivers who failed to show up for yesterday's qualifying have one more chance to make it into the field at 17:00 BST. One hour before the official warmup is scheduled to start.
Given the way things have gone so far as far as the driver's preparation for this event, this final chance at qualifying is not voluntary.

I'm really sorry, I really wanted to be present at this race but unfortunately a family commitment keeps me from not being able to race tonight, too bad because it was the race that interested me most to run on this year's calendar. Good luck and good fun to all drivers who can participate tonight

So that's 12 cars, at most, that look to be showing up today.
Yeah, you all know where this is heading.
I can't do much more now than to apologize to those that were ready to tackle this challenge.
