__**CMH Rulings - European Formula 5000 Championship at Snetterton**__
1) Driver involved: Nur Nubli
> Following non-attendance for the first three events after having signed up for a full-time drive, Nur Nubli has hereby lost his drive for the #35 Surtees TS-8. The car is now free for anyone without a full-time drive to take.
2) Drivers involved: Stefano Coletta
and German Koroev 
> Both drivers receive a **warning**/**reprimand** for leaving the pits dangerously. It has been said before the qualifying that the pits were to be left THROUGH THE PIT LANE and both drivers ignored that (mainly because they didn't attend the qualifying briefing, which brings me to my next point) and, in the case of German, an accident with a speeding car was caused because German drove in the wrong direction and got into the way of Victor Alcaide.

> For that incident, German Koroev receives a **suspended** back-of-the-grid penalty. Should he cause another incident during the next event's qualifying, he will be sent to start from the back of the grid.
*This is also a reminder for every driver to PLEASE be on the race server before the start of qualifying, if possible. The pre-qualifying briefing is just as important as the pre-race briefing, so it bears just as much meaning to the safety of the session as the rest of the event.*
Just to make it clear, no flat-out penalties were handed out to either Stefano or German, but both are hereby told to act more cautious from now on.
