__**CMH RULINGS - ROUND 5 OF THE BRSCC FORMULA 5000 CHAMPIONSHIP - ZANDVOORT**__
1) Involved driver: Jakab Richard
> After (short) analysis of the car and the driving conduct shown during qualifying, Jakab's pole position time has been verified. He will therefore receive a grid boost for the next race he attends. **He will start 3 grid slots ahead of his qualifying performance in Silverstone.**
>
> However, it has also shown the imbalance between the Surtees TS11 chassis and the rest of the cars currently taken. The 5/5 chassis are really reserved for the slowest drivers, and it has been shown that Jakab is not one of the slowest drivers. **He will therefore have to choose another car in #f5000-sign-ups - the maximum chassis rating for him is now 4/5. However, he's advised to choose wisely as the rule, that the admins may still refuse his choices, still applies.**
2) Drivers involved: Juan Guerrero , Joe Gillett , Pascal Mikula
> The massive accident between Juan Guerrero, Joe Gillett and Pascal Mikula while going down the front straight is judged to be a racing incident. The three cars were going side-by-side towards Turn 1 and Joe clipped the haybales at the exit of the pit lane. No one driver is seen at fault.
>
> **Joe Gillett, however, receives a reprimand for continuing to drive a damaged car for multiple laps. We understand the desire to stay out of trouble, however in a case like this, with a car as damaged as Joe's was, reversing in the pit lane would have not been punished.**
All in all, otherwise it was a clean race. We'd like to remind all drivers to reduce their speed during the reconnaisance laps when going through the pit lane. There may not be a pit speed limit, but cars may be leaving their garage just as you come speeding by. So please watch out.
