__**CMH Ruling - F5000 Round 9 Monza**__
After reviewing the replay of the Formula 5000 Gran Premio Lotteria Di Monza, the admins/race directors have taken the following decisions:
1) Driver involved: Edijs Batars
> Edijs is disqualified from the final results and receives a suspended one-race ban with the duration of 3 races for the following infractions:
> Five counts of violating the pit-usage and speed-limit rule during reconnaisance laps, including:
> One count of overtaking Giovanni Centorame in the pit lane while speeding through the pit lane
> One count of causing a serious collision with Pascal Mikula during the recon laps due to ignoring the speed limit rule and attempting to take Turn 1 flat-out, which was heavily discouraged during pre-race briefing
> One count of almost causing a collision with German Koroev due to ignoring the pit speed rule
> One count of not using the pit lane at all during one reconnaisance lap, almost causing a collision with Steve Velocity, who was already parked on the grid
One count of dive-bombing Anderson Bernardino into Turn 1 on lap 20, with a collision only being avoided by the situational awareness of Anderson, who opened the door for Edijs to slide through
**This also serves as the FINAL warning for Edijs! Everyone follows the rules brought forward in the rule channels and during pre-race briefing, except for Edijs. Any further infractions WILL draw further disciplinary action from the league, including but not limited to race bans.**
2) Driver involved: Pascal Mikula
> Pascal Mikula receives a warning for having overtaken Juan Guerrero on the formation lap. It is only ruled as a warning, because Pascal let Juan back through before Turn 1.
3) Driver involved: Jessica Pelletier
> Jessica receives a warning for overtaking Lucas Gomes on the formation lap twice. During a formation lap, overtaking is strictly forbidden, unless a car ahead suffers an obvious failure; this was not the case here.
These rulings are final, unless major evidence to counter any of said rulings are presented to the Directors to appeal.
