__**CMH Ruling - Round 10 - Hockenheim #1**__
Driver involved: Edijs Batars
Edijs has been excluded from the Hockenheim F5000 race, thereby serving his one-race ban.
After further deliberation between the admins, however, the following decision has been made:
Edijs has been released from his #5 Elfin MR 5 car; as after his setup adventures he has been deemed too fast for the Elfin car. Therefore he's asked to choose another car. However, he's limited to, at most, a 2/5 chassis. (The Elfin MR 5 is a 3/5 car, after all)
To avoid any confusions, that means he's eligible to drive the following cars:
#26 Lola T190
#66 Crosslé 15F
#93 Crosslé 15F
Edijs can either give his choice of car in either #f5000-sign-ups, #f5000-chat or via DM to either one of the @directors.
Note: That does not mean his previous warnings are lifted. Edijs is still driving under reprimand for ignoring reconnaisance lap procedures and insulting the admins. He's more than advised to follow the rules and choose his wordings more carefully before initiating discussions about rules or rulings as further infractions, especially regarding the reconnaisance lap procedures, will trigger further action from the league.
__**CMH Ruling - Round 10 - Hockenheim #2**__
Drivers involved: Owen Potter , Anderson Bernardino , Juho Sopanen , German Koroev
> After reviewing the replay and broadcast of Lap 1 of the Price of Nations race at Hockenheim, the following decision has been made:
>
> @grenkahigus#5399 receives a **reprimand** for causing a collision on lap 1, involving three other cars. While we understand that it was lap 1 and the track was crowded, German entered the Jim-Clark-Chicane too aggressively, sliding wide at the exit. He then slid back on track, in front of the other cars involved.
>
> Generally, the incident is judged as a racing incident, as German was no longer in control of his car as he went onto the grass, however German is responsible for his actions that led to him having gone onto the grass in the first place.
>
> No penalties are applied, however German is advised to conduct himself more carefully at the start of races when the fields are still closely bunched up.
The results of the race remain unaltered.
