CMH Rally Targa Florio - RULES
The rules for the event, both for Group A and Group B, are explained in the LiveRacers event pages.
Read them here: classicmotorsporthub.liveracers.com/League/Events/Details/0e0e2fd6-9b76-4ab6-a0ca-31439ba6094c

However, to make understanding the rally a bit more easy, here's a TL;DR:
1) The draw for cars is random - That means admins on the server will call for each driver individually.
2) Make sure you have a full tank of fuel and the right tires for the rally. You cannot refuel or repair damage during the event, due to the fact the only pit lane is located at the beginning of the rally. To make the rally a bit easier for all drivers, the damage multiplier is initially set to 50% - we may adjust that depending on the driver's experiences during practice.
3) You're allowed to have a human co-driver. They'll be allowed to join the server as a spectator and give callouts on race day. How you do that, as far as voice communication goes, is up to you.
4) Cars will start with a one-minute gap away from each other for each stage. If a car is waiting for the stage start ahead of you, you wait at the stopwatch sign before the start of the stage. You may turn your engine off while you wait.
5) Between the stages, there is no speed limit. However, you're advised to drive slowly and carefully as to not damage your car.
6) Between the stages, overtaking is STRICTLY forbidden unless you're being waved by by the car in front.
7) This is an important rule. We want you lot to finish the event. Therefore, we enforce another rule that some may not like, but hear me out: We expect any entrant to conduct at least 300 km of practice (on the stages) during practice ON THE SERVER until the day of the event.
8) We will use the EXTENDED points system per class for this event, due to the length of the event.
